Experience ancient anti-aging and transformational Kundalini techniques in our 4-week series combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation. Each class supports strengthening your electromagnetic field, harmonizing your chakras, alchemizing karmic patterns, balancing your emotions, and expanding your spiritual awareness. Classes are completed with a guided relaxation meditation.
