Once registered, you will be given the address for in-person attendance.
Learn pranayama breathing, yoga movements, and mantra/affirmations to purify patterns and open new energy channels which support healing the body, balancing emotions, and expanding your consciousness. The class concludes with a guided relaxation meditation.
Experience spiritual well-being and rejuvenation as you progress over the 4 weeks.
Beginners are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
