Spring Kundalini Yoga Series

Join our 4-week Spring Kundalini Yoga Series to release and reset your mind, body, and spirit. 

4-week program Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 pm MT

April 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th

Online or In-Person 

Once registered, you will be given the address for in-person attendance. 

Learn pranayama breathing, yoga movements, and mantra/affirmations to purify patterns and open new energy channels which support healing the body, balancing emotions, and expanding your consciousness. The class concludes with a guided relaxation meditation.

Experience spiritual well-being and rejuvenation as you progress over the 4 weeks.

Beginners are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

A replay will be available.
